ABOUT ME

My innate curiosity to develop a better understanding of how the world functions around me every day and a desire to solve complex problems is what has motivated me to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have a passion for designing innovative solutions and a strong internal drive to continuously develop as an engineer. 

I am fascinated by the engineering challenges associated with the Aerospace/Defense industry and have a strong desire to join the teams tasked with solving these intricate and pressing problems. I am motivated as an engineer to contribute to the advancement of technology in pursuit of expanding the horizons of knowledge in space.  

Throughout my studies, I have continually involved myself on projects and in teams that have pushed me outside of my comfort zones. This desire to always seek out challenges has acted as the catalyst for both my personal and professional development. My involvement in two separate 6-month internships provided exposure to the industry and allowed me to practice the application of theories and lessons learned in academia. While also refining my technical skills in design for manufacturability, verbal and written communication, and the ability to function effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
